Hotel Shree Dev Ujjain – Policies Check-in & Check-out: Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon) Check-out Time: 11:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out requests will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Reservation Policy: Reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card. In case of cancellation or modification, please notify us at least 24 hours before the check-in date to avoid cancellation fees. A cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's stay will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in. Payment Policy: Payments for room bookings and any additional services (such as dining, transportation, etc.) must be made at check-in unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via cash, credit/debit card, or mobile wallet. Identification: Valid government-issued ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driver’s License) is required at check-in for all guests. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa. Smoking and Alcohol Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. A designated smoking area is available. Alcohol is only allowed in private rooms and designated areas. Please ensure responsible consumption. Guest Behavior: Guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not disturb other guests. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest who causes disturbance, engages in unlawful activities, or behaves inappropriately. Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises, with the exception of service animals. For any special requests regarding pets, please contact the hotel prior to your booking. Liability and Damages: The hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. A charge for repair or replacement may be applicable. Parking: Complimentary parking is available for guests. Parking is subject to availability and is at the guest's own risk. The hotel does not take responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur in the parking area. Food & Beverages: Only food and beverages purchased from the hotel may be consumed in the hotel’s dining areas. Outside food and drinks are allowed in rooms, subject to prior approval. Privacy & Safety: Hotel Shree Dev values the privacy and safety of all its guests. Security measures are in place, and guests are encouraged to use room safes for valuables. CCTV cameras are in operation in common areas for safety purposes.
